WARNING YOUR POKEMON CAN BE EREASED AND GONE FOREVER SO THAT MUST BE RIGHT MY BLAZEIKEN IN LV80 BEN GONE FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try downloading VisualBoyAdvance to play GBA games, then download AdvanceMap to edit Pokemon games. (search "name of gba game" and then add "rom." If you want to make your own game, then good luck with that. I don't know of any websites.
