To prevent your baby from breaking out of a velcro swaddle, make sure to wrap the swaddle snugly around your baby's body and arms. I'm looking for swaddle blankets that are big enough to hold a tight swaddle through the night. I can't seem to find any that are large enough (or are the same size blankets you get from the hospital.) Any suggestions?

If you're looking for swaddle blankets in particular, we got some big ones from Carter's which worked really well. When our son got a little bigger though, he was able to break the swaddle so we started using Swaddle-Me's which he couldn't get out of no matter how hard he tried. They close with velcrow. I'd recommend those, plus they come in all sizes.
