What is a concrete operational question?

Concrete operational refers to a specific stage of cognitive development vis-a-vis Jean Piaget. The age grouping is typically from around 6 to 13 years. With this is mind, there are certain specific developments of the brain, its activities and its functionings that would then determine what type of questions an individual might raise during this developmental state.
