This is an invented term from Eloisa James's book "Kiss Me, Annabel." The book is, roughly, a Regency period romance and in it a Scottish earl uses the slang term "coney" (meaning rabbit or hare, but also slang during that time for more intimate parts) to make up a term alluding to oral sex in order to shock a young woman back into propriety. During the Notes for the book, James mentions the term is something she invented for the book but where the root of it (coney) comes from.
Theodore Edward Coneys died on 1967-05-16.
Theodore Edward Coneys was born on 1882-11-10.
In "The Young Warrior," coneys refer to rabbits, which the warrior uses as a form of sustenance and survival in the wilderness. He hunts and cooks coneys to nourish himself during his adventures.

That's an opinion. All people would probably like the coneys different.
I believe you may be thinking of the hyrax. They are also called coneys and rock rabbits.
