A cook chill food product is something that has already been cooked and all that is needed to make it ediable is for it to be heated up. For example, in tesco and many other stores there are ready meals which you put in the micro-wave. That is a cook chill product. Something that has been cooked then freezed/ cooled very quickly.
Because it is awesomely good. ;)

Cook chill methods are Meals that are cooked then immediately chilled for storage. A good example would be airplane food and / or hospital food. Although some hospitals are trying to change that. I guess tv dinners would be a good example of it as well.
