I have a 33 LP Willie Nelson Album jacket circa 1960; Willie has a crew-cut.
You don't flat top a crew cut. You can have either a flat top or a crew cut. A flat top is a type of a crew cut. Normally a #1 is used on the sides of the head up to the crest. the top is cut in such a way that when styled straight up it forms a straight line across the top. Also normally the very front of the hair (the bangs area) is slightly longer and styled straight up also.

Crew cut sweaters may be purchased from department stores like Walmart. You may also order these online however you have to pay for shipping and handling.
it depends
It is classically called a "brush cut" or "crew cut".
Technically there is no official style that can be called a Buzz Cut. It is an extremely short hair cut and barbers do not use any attachments to the clippers. The name Buzz Cut may be taken from the sound the clippers make whilst the hair is being cut. The Crew Cut is when the hair is tapered on the sides and up to one inch long on the top. However a Crew Cut in Europe is any hair that has been cut short, or no longer than 1/4 inch all round the head
Its a flat top crew cut
A buzzcut is a closely-cropped haircut, associated with members of the United States military, also known as a crew cut.
