About a hour or two after your have taken a shower brush or comb your hair. then split in into two for loose waves and three for tighter waves. take each section and tie it with a hair tie, leave one not tied. take that one and split it into two and twist to the right clip it then do the other and twist to the right now take both and twist to the left. do this for all the sections. go to sleep and in the morning take it out comb through it with your hands spay with a little hair spay or not and then there you have it.
