It can sometimes be painful but not all are a cyst can grow in any place mine grew in my right breast gland its nothing to worry about. but i would recommend seeing a doctor because some have to be removed they can sometimes be dangerous but that is very rare and also if it is a large one you MIGHT have to have surgery to have it removed or they may give you tablets to help the cyst go. but some cyst come and go anyway,, but trust its nothing to worry about:)Xxxxx
