Your talking about inbreeding. It depends if your cat and/or your cats brother has suffered or is carrying a disease. If they are carrying, the likely odds are thatb1/4 the kittens will suffer from the disease, 1/2 will also carry it, and 1/4 will be completely unaffected. If they are suffering from the disease, it is likely that 1/2 the kittens will suffer from it, and the other half will carry it. If, however, your cat carries no disease at all, you will probably get a healthy litter of kittens. There has been cases other wise, though. Some people claim inbreeding is the cause of mental retardation. Inbreeding is never 100% safe, but there have been people who's pets are perfectly fine. I hope your kittens are lovely!
