If you mean the actual material, it depends. Most common interior doors are hollow consisting of an outside frame with cardboard braceing inside supporting a thin plywood veneer face. Some door have a face made of pressed paper or a masonite type covering. Doors made of fiberglass have been available for a few years. Solid core doors for the most part are filled with a sawdust based particle board very much like particle board shelving. This is then cover with a thin veneer. Even an Oak door is probably made of pine and then covered with Oak veneer.

There are products that can be purchased at any home improvement store (Home Depot - Lowes) or at most well stocked hardware stores. It is a pre-formed piece of flexible weatherstripping that is bonded to an aluminum channel that is screwed to the bottom of the door (not the actual underside of the door slab, but on the bottom inch or two of the face of the door). Cut it to length and screw it in position.
