A hair drug test can go back as far as six months. Hair tests are harder to pass for women than men. If the drugs you have taken don't stay in your system long, you can shave your head, let it grow a little while obstaining from said drugs, then shave and regrow once more before the test. Fingernail tests are the hardest because the nails take longer to grow and most people aren't crazy or desperate enough to remove their nails completely.
