Check your organization regulations and if they do not mention anything about salvia, then you are allowed to partake until they make a rule. Yes, Walmart does do a drug screening prior to employment. It's an urinalysis and you have a period of 24 hours to give your sample (to whatever lab they send you to) before you forfeit your employment. Also, they will test you a second time (and I believe a more thorough test) if you want to work behind the pharmacy counter as a tech.
How long will it take if you stop smoking weed to conceive?
There is no stats to support that smoking weed will stop you from conceiving. It's not a form of contraception. It's rumored to effect your sperm count, but this will still allow contraception.
