I think the most known Christmas carol is "Silent Night". I think that because "Silent Night" wasn't even supposed to happen but in Germany, a man was planning to sing a song when he found out that the organ woldn't work because mice had chewed holes in the air bag. So the guy had to come up with a whole different song and later that night he sang that song in front of tons of people. Pretty amazing story, Huh? I found this out from my music teacher.
