A full block style business letter has all content justified at the left margin, including the your return address (if not using letterhead), the reference line, and your closing, signature, and printed name.
A modified block style business letter is justified against the left margin with the exception of the return address (if not using letterhead), the reference line, and your closing, signature, and printed name. These are tabbed about one third to the right of the page.
I say that the full block format for a business letter is the most convenient to format. All of the information in the letter is justified to the left margin.
Full block style is when all the components of the letter are aligned at the left margin: the date, address, salutation, body, closing, and signature block.

they both have same return address and other things but accept the full block because full block the closing is in center of the page and the margins of modified and flush left. Flush left means all modified block has to be in left. But not in full block.

In a full block business letter, each element of the letter (title, address, salutation, body, salutation, signature, identification, attachments) is left-aligned. Also, the first sentences of paragraphs are not indented. The first sentences of paragraphs are indented.
