What is a fun way to exercise?

As a martial artist I enjoy punching bags. If you just do something as simple as punch a 90 pound punching bag for ten minutes a day you actually get pretty good results. Also, try inverted pushups. They're great for upper body strength. If you don't know what they are, look them up.
