a few years ago i heard of one that had to do with the furthest distance pushed in a bathtub. it was a relatively short distance (like a half mile or something).
You could try breaking the world record for the longest conga line, largest group hug, or most high-fives in a minute with a couple of friends. These records are fun and allow for group participation and coordination.
