A ghuytre (pronounced goy-tray) is a child's toy. It's a fancy word for a doll mixed with a yo-yo mixed with a toy car. It looks like a doll with wheels as feet, and a string on the back. You can "walk" the doll (using the wheels), and you can pull on the string to make it come up to you.
