Globox is a fictional Character in Rayman 2 and 3. He belongs to a magical species called the Glutes and has a wife named Uglette with 360 children. He has a frog like appearance. He is Raymans best friend and lives in the crossroad of dreams. He can perform raindances to make rain. In Rayman 3, He is a bit more stupid than he was in Rayman 2. (Spoiler) He seems to have established a bond between Andre the Black Lum Lord towards the end of the game, whom he swallowed earlier on in the game's first level.

In story mode, you are awarded them. They just represent a reward for beating some of the mini games and moving on to more. In a mini game when you are Rayman, you have a plunger gun and you shoot plungers at the Rabbids to save the baby globox (the little frog thing)
