Joining, pregnancy then kidding
The birth process of goats is called 'kidding'. (no kidding)
You can't change them into something they're not. If you want to change an individual's offspring characteristicstha's called selective breeding. Genotypical and/or phenotypical.
The process is called breeding.

It's called breeding them...nothing special...?
the process of selecting a few organisms with the desired traits to serve as parents of the next generation is called what?
lady goats are called nanny goats
At least 12 months of age.
Breeding goats depends on the breed of goat and where you live. Dairy goats (Saanen, Oberhasli, Alpine, etc) are able to be bred in the fall. They can take from late August to probably December. Other goats, like meat goats can be bred year round, depending on how cool the climate is. Good luck!
Goats generally live between 10 to 18 years, although some can live into their early 20s. They reach maturity and start breeding between 4 to 12 months of age, depending on the breed. Male goats, known as bucks, can breed year-round, while female goats, known as does, have a breeding season usually in the fall.
No female goats are known as does, male goats as bucks, castrated male goats as wethers and young goats are called kids.
