I love this book..."Healing Home Spa" by Valerie Gennari Cooksley, R.N. You'll love it too! It encompasses both preventative and healing remedies/recipes from A-Z. It also includes a chart of blending resources for a variety of essential oil preparations/dilutions.

(Another answer) - my favorite aromatherapy book is The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy. It contains info about the specific oils used, and a wide variety of recipes for everything from bruises to baldness and even making your own shampoo. You can get a used copy for about 15 bucks.

Is aromatherapy a good move in Pokemon?

Aromatherapy is a good move if your pokémon often get status problems. Aromatherapy, like Heal Bell, cures the user, all Pokémon in the user's party, and the user's teammate (in a double battle) or teammates (in a triple battle) of sleep, poison, paralysis, freeze, and burn. Also it has perfect accuracy. In Pokémon Black and White, Aromatherapy will list all the Pokémon it cured. Pokémon that can learn this move include Vileplume, Paras, Parasect, Chikorita, Bayleef, Meganium, Roselia, Shaymin(land forme) and that's all I remember. Hope this info helped!
