Well, at my book club for teens, we recently read Jinx by Meg Cabot, and the boys in the club enjoyed it, I'm a girl and I thought it was lame, but you might like it. I preferred the Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima, and it has some romance in it, the whole series is very good, you should read them. The others are in this order, The Wizard Heir, and The Dragon Heir.
My favorite Christian book ever is A walk to Remember by nicholas Sparks! It is a great Romance Novel and is a really adorable teen romance, but a warning it is a little sad
the book thief is a good 1
Mostly girls (aged 13-17) as boys wouldn't really be interested in romance novels.
A good book about friendship and along with survival and romance "The coldest winter ever" by Sistah Souljah is a great book. I recommend it to teens.

The whole Twilight Series is wonderful.
