It's awesome! You can manage bars (needs and relations), you can force events and opportunities were you work, you can unleash aging (kills Sim), you can force a Sim to live in your active household, you can teletransport, and many other things. Just press shift while you click on something (ex. mailbox) and a whole new set of options will appear (mailbox= force visitor, force job, etc.).
