What is a good day for a B-B Q?

When it's not too hot nor too cold outside and when there is just a light breeze with no heavy winds. I agree with the above answer but I love to cook out so much that I do it in the winter in the snow and in the summer under the car port if its raining. I am a BBQcoholic. When it's hot outside and you don't want to heat up the kitchen with the stove or the oven then take your cooking outside to the grill. While camping I can cook anything that you can cook at home. I use dutch ovens and coals. You can cook a turkey or even bake bread in a dutch oven.
