kohl pencil is a good eyeliner,its waterproof and it doent run.kohl pencils also have a great range of colours and they arent faint.i would recomed this eyeliner as its very good value for money and avalible at most chemists for about £2.50 each.

∙ 14y agoUrban decay 24/7 is excellent for the waterline. Cheaper alternatives include NYC waterproof eyeliner, and Prestige waterproof eyeliner.

∙ 14y agoMost types of liner do smudge so perhaps waterproof eye liner is best for you. It will probably be more expensive, though.

What is gel eyeliner?
Gel eyeliner is a really soft, easy to apply product that comes in an "automatic" pen--one you can twist the eyeliner up and down. It feels good and looks good. Given that, though, I won't buy any more of it because it gets used up really quickly. I bought two of them and got maybe a month's use out of each one.

I would say black because it really makes your eyes POP. Well, kind of. *silver is very good, liquids are good, but if your not comfortable with them pencil is fine too. i agree that black is good, but sometimes it gets to be too much. greens make your eyes look interesting because it highlights the size of your eye. *

Sometimes it can be if you want the eyeliner to be clean cut and perfect. Regualer eyeliner is great for smokey eye looks. Either way both or good, even liquid eyeliner
How can you get pretty eyes without going overboard on the make up?
Use a good eyecream, prime the eye before you apply makeup, take off makeup before you go to bed and apply fresh, natural looking makeup. I suggest mascara, some brown eyeliner in bottom lashline, brown eyeshadows and optionally white eyeliner in the waterline to make the eyes look bigger and more open. Also put some white eyeliner or shadow in the inner corner to brighten up the eyes.

urban decay eyeshadow is the absolute best. physicians formula has good face powder, the maybeline lash stiletto mascara is really good, loreal HIP has a gel eyeliner that is the absolute best eyeliner i've ever used, lancome juicy tubes lip gloss is really good, and physicians formula also has really good bronzer, so does smashbox, and i've heard the garnier beauty balm is really amazing.
