If you don't even have a sentence to start, you are not going to be able to write a whole book! I suggest you try a short short story and come up with ideas of your own.
Trying to write what some anonymous person on the internet tells you to write is going to make you so bored you'll quit writing in a day or so!
If you've gotten some of the book written and think you need some sort of fantastic "first sentence" then quit worrying about it! Just start the book where the action starts and don't get hysterical over what the first sentence or the title or the dedication is!

It depends on what your mystery is about! You have to write your own first sentences based on your story. My advice is to forget about trying to find some sort of perfect first sentence and just write your story. Then go back and write a great first sentence once you've got the story finished.
