I am not sure what you want to know.
Washington lost his father when he was 11 and he moved in with his older half-brother, Lawrence when he was 16. He did not got to college but did learn to be a surveyor. He fought as a British officer in the French and Indian War, had horses shot out from under him and endured dangers and hardships from the fighting and from nature. He risked his fortune and his life to become the supreme commander of the revolutionary forces, He had to learn great persuasive skills to get the colonies to honor their commitments to send him men and supplies. He had to turn farmers into soldiers and that requires gaining their respect as well as teaching them military discipline. He suffered a very hard winter at Valley Forge and kept up morale as the war dragged on. After the war ended, he led the efforts to draft a new constitution which set up a radically new form of government and as the first President he made it work.
I believe he helped the U.s overcome the overtax from the American Revolution
