Good netbook brands and models are:
Acer Aspire One, Asus EeePc, Dell Inspiron Mini, Samsung NC10, HP Mini-Note, Lenovo Ideapad. All of them except Lenovo have 8..9-inch and 10-inch versions. Lenovo Ideapad is only 10-inch version. You can check prices at the link bellow. Good luck!
