The German website Spoken Sanskrit provides a good quality dictionary service. The translation is from Sanskrit character into Latin characters that preserve pronunciation and also gives an English translation.
Unfortunately it is not possible to get an audio version of the German dictionary. You can use a program to read specific words for you. Examples are AT&T's text to speech website, the Leo Online German Dictionary, and Google translate.
