If this has been written in medical notes it may refer to the CHADS2 score. In patients with Atrial Fibrilation the CHADS2 score determines the risk of having a stroke and helps to determine whether a patient should be started on warfarin therapy to prevent this. C = Cardiac failure (1) H = Hypertension (1) A = Age >75 (1) D = Diabetes (1) S = Stroke/TIA (2) score 0-1 - usually requires aspirin score 2+ warfarin
The scorekeeper's main job is to make sure the score is correct at all times. The scorekeeper uses a score sheet to keep track of the game. If there is a difference between the score on the score sheet and the visual score (flip score, electronic scoreboard, etc.) the visual score should be changed to match the score on the scoresheet unless the mistake on the scoresheet can be determined and corrected. One of the volleyball referees should check the accuracy of the scoresheet at the end of each set.THE SCOREKEEPER… Pre-match, * Before the match starts, the scorekeeper should fill in the pre-match info - team names, starting line ups, etc.During the match, * Records points when they are scored* Watches the servers and indicates immediately to the referees when a server has served out of order. It's also good preventive officiating to watch teams volleyball rotation in case assistance is needed for the second referee to determine the correct team alignment.* Records player substitutions and team timeouts* Records any sanctions* Records all other events as instructed by the referees* Records the final result of the set* In the case of a protest, after the first referee gives authorization, the scorekeeper lets the game captain write a statement for protest on the scoresheet. After the match, * Records the final result of the match* Signs the scoresheet == The assistant scorer (or libero tracker) sits at the scorer's table next to the scorekeeper. The assistant scorer's main function is to record libero replacements on to a libero tracking sheet.THE ASSISTANT SCORER… * Notifies any fault with libero replacements* Operates the manual scoreboard on the scorer's table* Checks the score on the scoreboard with the score on the scoresheet
well depends how well you did on the pretest and how good you want to score, i scored a 85 on my Enlisted Screen Test back in may and i took the actual test until this week ,almost 3 months studying off and on, i bought 2 different study guides on-line on amazon and i box set of flash cards. i normally studied 1 section every time i sat down to study regardless of the time i spent doing a section at least 3 times a week and used the flashcards mostly for the vocabulary and to reviews sections i already done on the books. using the pretest you can identify which sections you want to concentrate more on. all in all i got a score of 97 which was more than i anticipated but really showed me that studying really really helped not only was i not nervous taking the test but most of the questions seemed alot easier than what i thought i was going to be. good luck!
The ACT is typically used for undergraduate admissions. However, it is rarely required. If submitting the ACT, most institutions require you to submit the writing portion with it. However, ACT is not used for graduate admissions which is what a degree in physical therapy is. Today, the minimum requirement for a physical therapist is a master's degree in physical therapy, which may change to a doctorate in the near future.
z score = (test score - mean score)/SD z score = (87-81.1)/11.06z score = 5.9/11.06z score = .533You can use a z-score chart to calculate the probability from there.
