I don't think that you can actually finish Pokemon SS(or any other Pokemon games). I think you can say you finished it when you caugh all the legendary pokemons in SS and beat trainer Red, Or either you get a five star in your trainer card and get a black card. to get a black card, you must 1. beat the Pokemon league 2. get to the last room in the pokeslon (the last room's theme was probably friendship) 3. get five golen leaves and make a golden crown 4. win 100 times in a row at the battle tower 5. complete the pokedex and see all 493 pokemons each steps will automatically give you a star in your trainer card, and there nothing much to do after you obtain it.
