Good question. I really don't understand these "slogan" questions. Is there some sort of lame middle school project that requires these, or something? That's about the only "use" I can think of.
Rubidium is not really important either biologically or industrially. It is used in frequency standard crystals, which can be important in some applications. Other than that, most of its uses are either trivial (making purple fireworks) or very esoteric (spin-polarizing helium-3).
