You're going about it backwards, I'm afraid. The title comes last because it comes from what you've written. Finish your story and then the title will come out of what you wrote.
A special title is an over the top or important title given to someone when they have done good or have won something such as king or queen.
Your title should come from what you have written. Finish your report, then use something from that report as the title. Using a title someone else invents will show immediately that you didn't write the title.
It might be a good idea to observe the behavior of pets, such as dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.. They can give a good indication when something terrible is approaching in the weather.

good names for pageants are should be something that will catch a contestants eye. a good won might be "glitzy girls of America" or it can be something that tells people what its about such as the American coed pageants. something that sounds fun and would be a good title to hold. or something that just sounds cute and catchy. :)
I guess the hypothesis would be that you can make a tornado in a jar. This isn't a very good "science project" because while you're making something that may look interesting there isn't a whole lot of "science" you can do with it.

A good title would revolve around something all the pieces have in common. You can encorporate a group name, hometown, location/models in art, time period, or the evolution of a meduim.

A tornado/thunderstorm watch means that weather conditions are good for tornado/thunderstorm. A tornado/thunderstorm warning, however, means that conditions are extreme and a thunderstorm or tornado is likely. Conditions for either storm are very good at this stage.
