Windows NT/2000 Regedit.exe and Regedt32.exe have two different functions. Windows XP has only one single registry editor.
If it's the one with McZee and all that, then Yes. In fact, it should work all the way up to Vista, but may glitch slightly there.

A good free video editing software alternative to Windows Movie Maker for Windows XP is Avidemux. It offers a range of basic editing features, including cutting, filtering, and encoding tasks, along with various effects. Another option is VirtualDub, which is particularly effective for video capture and processing, and supports various video filters. Both programs are lightweight and compatible with older systems like Windows XP.
it does support all of these things but you might need some technical skill to put XP on it.
YES, it works on windows xp and good
Windows Movie Maker
In my opinion, Windows Movie Maker.
