Pimsleur is a great program for learning different languages. I'm not sure where all you can find it, but I got mine at Barnes & Noble.
The best way to learn a language is to speak it constantly - if you can, go to a place where people speak that language. If you can't go there, you can watch television programs in that language, or read newspapers and magazines. The courses such as Pimsleur and Rosetta Stone are fine if you can afford them.
