Promise yourself that you'll start at a certain time. Reward yourself if you keep up to the promise and punish yourself if you break them promise.
But that's only if you really need to stop, I can stop at any time but I never get into any trouble if I procrastinate, and in most situations it's better that having to worry about something all the time.
