Chaotic Longsword > Saradomin Sword > Brackish blade/Dragon Scimitar > Rune Scimitar
Dragon scimitar - Strength xp Abyssal Whip - Attack xp (over 2m) Saradomin Sword (best strength training weapon at 10m) Godsword - (fail at training) D scim ftw!@!@!
It is a very good weapon, hitting in the 30-40 range if you have 99 strength, but is very slow.
A Rune 2h is a good weapon for a high lvl strength person on Runescape. A rune scimitar is a perfect weapon for a lvl 46 attack because it is designed for attack.
In my opinion, defence for higher levels is not that hard, but takes time. Attack and strength are good to raise. I recommend training all of them.
At 50 attack AND 50 strength, you can use the GRANITE MAUL. A very very very very good weapon with a very very good special attack. Very good for pking and duels. Otherwise, just stick with rune scimitar until you have 50 strength.
By training on monsters like dagannoths, bandits, or fire giants with a good weapon like an abyssal whip, or a dragon weapon like a dragon scimitar.
The scimitar is a good all round weapon. For your level a mithril one will probably suffice.
i mean with out strength at level 70 dharocks battleaxe is good for 70 attack =) for attack try saradomin godsword
It all depends on what your training on and what you use. For low level players who also have a low defence I would recommend using a one-handed weapon such as a Scimitar or a Longsword, but for players more experienced in defence definitely a 2h sword.
good strength tbh and a few good potions
There are many different exercises that are good for strength training. Check out this site for a list of them: http://www.strength-training-woman.com/strength-training-exercises.html
Usually Abyssal Whip for it's attack bonuses and speed, but Dragon Scimitar is good because unlike Abyssal Whip it can train your strength. Also there is a Saradomin Sword that is good because it hits better than a Dragon Scimitar but it can train strength as well.
