There's no real definition for a good deck, if a deck works good for you, then it's a good deck. It's as simple as that.
There are some staple cards though, those cards are cards that run well in nearly all decks. Some of them are:
Mirror Force.
Solemn Judgement.
Solemn Warning.
Dimensional Prison.
Dandylion(This one doesn't work in all decks, but it's a very handy card.)

I think your YuGiOh Deck is amazing, if you do. Yu Gi Oh can get hard to collect, and making a deck that is something you can be proud of, is a big accomplishment.
Well there are a lot of ways to make excellent decks in Yu-Gi-Oh; you can make an arch-type deck, you can make a same attribute or type deck, or even just a deck of monsters with similar effects. The most important guideline for making decks in Yu-Gi-Oh is to have cards that cover everything.
The optimal Yu-Gi-Oh deck size for competitive play is 40 cards.
