You would need to have a degree in Medicine. In the UK, this can be either an MBBS or MbChb qualification. However, this just allows you to go into general medicine. After the degree, there are 2 years of foundation training in general medicine after which you can go into specialist training (for brain surgery, you would start to specialize in Neurology and/or surgery)
One great college is Carroll College in Helena. It is a hard school to get into. If you want to go there, work hard.
