This is Chlorine (Cl2) present in neutral bleach (NaCl2OH)
boron
Nope. Boron isn't a gas, it is a black solid.
Chlorine gas is a useful disinfectant, used to rid swimming pools of microbes.
Chlorine is the usual one but ozone can also be used.

Ammonia
The gaseous element chlorine has a greenish tint. Chlorine bleach is an aqueous solution of sodium hypochlorite. Chlorine solutions are used to disinfect water in public water systems, and calcium hypochlorite powder is added to swimming pools to control bacteria.

No. Borax is sodium tetraborate (penta- or deca- hydrate, or rarely, anhydrous), and is a fine white granular material. Clorox bleach is (currently!) a 6% greenish-yellow solution of sodium hypochlorite in water. But, remember, there are other Clorox brand products, besides bleach!
If you mean for drinking water then, NO WAY! you can't drink bleach. You can use old water for almost everything. There is no real need to put bleach in water.
Water
used as a heavy greenish-yellow diatomic gas of pungent odor and is used especially as a bleach, oxidizing agent, and disinfectant in water purification

Bleach is not an antibiotic, but it can and does kill bacteria. Antibiotics are drugs used to fight infections in humans and animals. The word for substances such as bleach that are used to kill bacteria outside of a living thing is an "antibacterial" substance, or antiseptic, or disinfectant. Bleach, even in dilute form, is a disinfectant for water, aqueous solutions, and on many environmental surfaces.

I would say a bleach and water solution would be best. Bleach is a universal disinfectant. If you can't drain it, just wipe it down.
Certainly. Bleach can actually be used as a sanitation agent for drinking water in very small quantities. It is an excellent disinfectant and used throughout the world for killing germs and viruses.
You can use chlorine bleach mixed with water, 1 Tbsp per gallon to use as a disinfectant, but don't spray them in direct sunlight.
It's used to keep mainly the water clean - Also can use itself as it's own disinfectant.
Bleach is a mixture of water and sodium hypochlorite, and is commonly used as a disinfectant or 'bleaching agent', or removing color and whitening. The chemical formula for Sodium Hypochlorite is NaClO.
