A mill where grain is ground into flour or animal feed. Modern technology is "roller mills"

where grain is ground between steel rollers. Older technology would be using millstones, actual flat slabs of quartz or granite one rotating on top of the other

with an opening "eye" in the middle where the grain enters the top stone.
