Because it is unfair to stereotype anyone. Everyone is different. Any group may share things in common, has to or they wouldn't be a group, but they have many differences also. Race, religion, social class, place of birth, any thing like that keeps people apart and just makes thing harder. For most stereotypes there are just as many opposites in the same group.
