I'd say 120 lbs is healthy, but try this ideal body weight calculator: http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-3146-143.html It takes body frame size into account, which I think is important.
the right weight depends on your BMI or body mass index, u work this out by dividing your weight __ by (x) your height (in cm as a decimal) times squared so if i weigh 55kg and am 1.73cm i would first work out my height squared which is 1.73 x 1.73 = 2.9929 and then go my weight divided by 2.9929 which is 55/2.9929= 18.37 if ur BMI is between 18-25 then you are healthy, as you are 38 your BMI should b closer to the 25 end say like 23 or something, the younger you are means it should b at the lower end of the scale. I've tried to work yours out but i dont know your weight but anywhere from 60-70 kg is well within that range, hope that helped you.
Depends on your Height Dear.
