I don't fully understand your question, but animals that feed on plants, and grass only are called herbivores (Example: Panda) An animal that feeds on grass and meat is called an omnivore (Example: Pig) lastly, an animal that eats only meat is called a carnivore (Example: Lion) We as humans are tipically omnivores, but can also be herbivores, carnivores, veacons, and so on.
