Very similar to oceanic. Not that warm summers and not that cool winters. Highland climates are found in tropical to subtropical zones. Summers temps may be around 22-27, while winters at 17-19. There isn't a dramatic temperature change between seasons. All year round is pleasant and mild.

Lima (Peru), Khartoum (Sudan), Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) are one of the notable cities with a highland climate.
