If a face is defined as a flat surface, then a sold hemisphere has 1 face. A hollow hemisphere has 0 faces.
The answer depends of the forces applied to the beam: - for a single-directional force, the answer is a hollow rectangular shape (with the force applied on the narrow face); an I-beam is the second best. - For forces applied in two perpendicular directions, the answer is a hollow square section. - For forces applied from any direction, the answer is a hollow circular bar - a pipe.
You cannot "Remake" one, you can, however, go to Prism's Pixie Spa and change your face, skin color, wings, and eye color (face change not available to Sparrow Men).
If these forms are all solid, a sphere has one side and face, a cone two, and a cylinder three. If there are hollow, they have one more face than side.

A sphere has a single face, one surface. A sphere has no corners. Or if you want to think about it from another perspective - a sphere has an infinity number of sides allowing for the curved surface.
A prism that is hollow.
