It's called a lip piercing
Your lip will heal with the hoop through it. In a couple years, when you remove the hoop you will have a hole in your lip.
A lip ring is a piece of jewelry that goes in a lip piercing. It's usually a hoop.
Ok, i got my lip peirced about a month ago. They provide you with a lip ring. They usually ask if you want a hoop or a stud. I have a hoop because it heals faster. So no you do not have to supply a lip ring. But when you want it changed to a different lip ring you do. Hope that helped!
A 16 gauge or 14 gauge are the most common for lip piercings.
Yes it's called a vertical labret
my lip piercing is in the center of my lip and it never gets in the way of anything....lol i had the typical hoop on the side of my lip and it got in the way of EVERYTHING! and was just uncomfortable.
you should use a stud
no, my son had to take his out for a pe lesson after one week and part of it had healed in that short amount of time. He had to pop the skin to get the ring through his lip again, massive pain. He did not do pe again for a couple of months, much to the annoyance of the teachers. Most lip rings are in the shape of a hoop and have a ball as a closure. Simply take the ball off and gently work the space in the hoop to the hole. (if the ring is too small you may have to bend the hoop a bit to make it larger)
Dunking the ball.
Dunk
A basket, is when they make a 'goal'. The hoop is what the ball goes through.
