An interrogative pronoun introduces a question. An interrogative pronoun takes the place of a noun (or pronoun) that is the answer to the question.

The interrogative pronouns are: who, whom, what, which, whose.

Examples:

Who are your new neighbors? They are the Jones family.

To whom should I give my completed application?

What time does the movie start?

Which is your favorite teacher?

Do you know whose bicycle is in the yard?
