You can boot with any computer without a keyboard unless you have multiple OS's installed and you set an option in your BIOS to where you have to select which OS you want to boot. False (to answer the question). Older computers refused to boot unless a keyboard was present. This would depend on what type of computer you are discussing...- For a personal computer (Desktop) or a Laptop this would be a keyboard followed closely by a mouse or touchpad.- For a tablet this would be the touch screen.
