What is a letter that you can write to Andrew Jackson telling him why the native Americans should or should not be allowed to stay in their homelands?

Dear Mr. Andrew Jackson,
The Native Americans, in my opinion, should be able to stay in their own homelands for the following reasons. First off, they are their own nation with their own laws, therefore meaning you don't have to help them as much as you would have to if they were not. Also, they are protected by Federal government and the Constitution which states that they should not and could not be moved without your overruling. Please consider this as a possibility, for the Cherokees to stay put in their homelands. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Although they are their own nation with their own laws, I along with the rest of Georgia refuse to acknowledge those laws; for they are just temporary rules to follow. With your permission sir, we would like you to overrule the Chief Justice John Marshall from the Supreme Court. He ruled " Georgia had no right to interfere with the Cherokee. The Native Americans were protected by the federal government and the Constitution." With your permission I and Georgia would like you to overrule the courts ruling. I guess you could say that John Marshall has made his decision and to let him enforce it. Thank you for your time and I hope we have persuaded your mind on removing the Cherokees. Thank you.
