What is a libatarian?

A true libatarian is a person who informs, invents and inspires via the medium of social gatherings in public licenced properties, involving the measured consumption of Alcoholic Beverages.

To be a libatarian one must, like a chef, test and balance all libations, new and old, break down there ingredients, identify flavours (taste and smell.) and reproduce, reinvent, revive there findings with the intention of educating and informing the public about how to enjoy alcohol responsibly.

It is a libatarians duty to burst myths (old and new.) that surround alcohol and consumption on alcohol and remove the pretense associated with certain aspects of the hospitality industry, while creating and inventing simple flavour combinations that work harmoniously ultimately imparting a level of pleasure for the imbiber unequalled by any other "bartender" in any other establishment, any where else in the world.
